1. Agreement
These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites operated by Infrahaus Ltd (“Infrahaus”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including infrahaus.com, and any software, scripts, agents, APIs, or integrations we provide or operate (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing the website, installing, connecting, or using the Service, or clicking “I Accept” (or similar), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. License grant (EULA)
Subject to these Terms, Infrahaus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your (or your organisation’s) legitimate internal business purposes, and solely in accordance with any documentation or configuration we provide.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any software, models, documentation, branding, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Infrahaus and its licensors.
3. Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly allowed.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train or improve competing AI/software systems using our outputs in violation of these Terms.
- Bypass security, scrape at scale, interfere with, or overload the Service.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to connect third-party accounts.
4. Accounts and authorised use
You are responsible for credentials issued to you, for activities under your account, and for ensuring authorised users comply with these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access at info@infrahaus.com.
Certain features are private, internal, beta, or limited to Infrahaus personnel and approved partners. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion where necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
5. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (for example Intuit QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, banking or payments providers, and similar tools). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for granting and revoking permissions, and for the accuracy of data in those systems.
Infrahaus is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control. Connecting a third-party account authorises us to access and process data as needed to provide the integration for the intended purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Infrahaus and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant Infrahaus a limited licence to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and to comply with law.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for purposes of the relationship, except where information is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFRAHAUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Outputs from automated or AI-assisted features are informational and must be independently verified before reliance for legal, financial, tax, investment, or operational decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFRAHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Infrahaus against claims, damages, and costs arising from your Customer Data, your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your licence ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
